Bear market is not bad for those that are able to buy good coins at a very cheap price but it is bad for those that have bought the coin when the price was very high. In a way, bear market is a win lose situation.

You guys are right that bear market provide us good chance to get more of our favorite coins i was personally able to accumulate some more eth but actually it is the stress and feel bad emotions during the bear market that are just not good and also not in our control, it is just like emotional sickness where the mood never gets better because of bears in the mind.

I  think the exchanges that list this projects are part of the problems. I guess we should avoid such exchanges and give them the reputation they deserve across board.

So far we all agree that the bear market is not really something that we see as malicious or negative, but rather we need to see it as an opportunity. Investments made when the coins are at their low, bounty payments paid while their value is low, goods and services paid in crypto will be affordable though this one depends on the movement of the goods, it can change from low price to high price because of poor demand as almost nobody uses a coin.

Anyway, I am always confident when it is bear season. It only means weaker hands are selling and it will give a boost once all the weak hands have sold their cryptos.

Yes, projects in a bear market do not behave decently. They freeze investors' money for their own profit. Let's say if they sold tokens for $ 100 and received $ 200 for them because of the growth of the market. They can safely use the funds. Therefore, such a market is bad for everyone. The delays from ICO projects either bounty rewards or getting listed on exchanges are mostly because of market condition ,all these projects are hoping for a better market surge so has to make higher profits just like 2017 ,either the project  has funds or not ,softcap or hardcap raised successful there will still be some delays, you will even see projects putting locks on bounty rewards ,some for six months or more.

If bitcoin hits 30k tomorrow and ETH turned over 1500$ you will see all this projects rushing to exchanges ,releasing locked tokens ,no matter how bad the project is, it will still be profitable,this makes me feel that all this projects have nothing to offer ,they are here for gains ,some short gains and others long term huge gains.

Bear market makes the market eliminate projects that are not good but also make the value of our portfolio down if we hold bad coins / tokens. But I think the bear market will make us rethink about the coin / token that we hold and divert it to coins / tokens that have more value or even maybe buy more good coins whose prices fall
