Exactly, but I have already get over it, at first it bothers me but then I realized I don't lose in overall, I still in profit as I was able to sell last bull run, so holding more coins in my wallet although most of them is not as valuable as before is something I can take to hold for long.

Let's just relax and wait for the next run, that's what I do.

Bear market is bad for those who only hold coins waiting for right time to sell. But ironically, their right time, the time when price of their coins reaches high than their investment price, will never come. Bear market does not affect trading. People involving day to day trading can benefit or suffer loss as much as from bear market.

The delays from ICO projects either bounty rewards or getting listed on exchanges are mostly because of market condition ,all these projects are hoping for a better market surge so has to make higher profits just like 2017 ,either the project  has funds or not ,softcap or hardcap raised successful there will still be some delays, you will even see projects putting locks on bounty rewards ,some for six months or more.

If bitcoin hits 30k tomorrow and ETH turned over 1500$ you will see all this projects rushing to exchanges ,releasing locked tokens ,no matter how bad the project is, it will still be profitable,this makes me feel that all this projects have nothing to offer ,they are here for gains ,some short gains and others long term huge gains.

THE FACT IS BEAR MARKET GIVE BIRTH TO VERY GOOD PROJECTS WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT ,KUDOS TO ALL THE PROJECTS THAT GOT RELEASED IN BEAR MARKET AND STILL CONTINUE WITH THERE ROADMAP AND GET LISTED WITH NO DELAY,IT MEANS THEY MEAN BUSINESS, it means they are here to deliver at best ,market condition doesn't worry them and they believe that there working product will do the rest.

Dying project is increasing those projects was successful during Bitcoin bullrun. I shouldn't mention any name but one is just dying which coin pumped in 2018 and I don't think it will come back. I didn't quit so I saw some coin in bear market. Still this coin has same demand as launched in first exchange.

both bear and bull can make us to earn profit. it just depends on our skill
but I must say that bear market is risky to earn profit. we have to do 'short' selling.

Not always like that. even in Bear market we can earn profit. Just doing short trading we can earn multiple profit
short trading aims to choose coin which goes down. and ofc that's suitable with bearish market which most coin is going down

but, short trading has high risk equal with its high return too
bcz short trading has leverage which can double, triple, quadriple our profit/lost
