Virtual Card Full Platform Development & License For Bitcoin Exchange!

I have a license to create new & unlimited Virtual cards with an API access, its a third party license and am looking to take full advantage of it. But presently i won't be able to fully Manage it and i don't want to loose this opportunity also, so i came up with this plan.

This is a quick one about me: I am a full-time developer by profession, i have few personal sites i currently manage, i have more than 7 years of experience in the following fields.

6) Check balance with licensed Company's wallet ( get a notification when your balance is getting low)

9) 5 video animation illustration on how to use the site for customers
10) Logo design & all graphics needed for the site
10) API development. Here, people will get their own license key to sell your own virtual cards from their account.
11) Admin priviledges to view all cards creation, api connection, funding histories, users, and major things happening on the site
12) Authenticator security

We have all it takes to complete this from the beginning to the end, but we are looking for an interested individual or Company who want to takeover it as soon as it has been complated.

Asking Price - 3BTC
Asking Equity - 20%
Available for a Bid if i get more persons interested in this.

Development & Handover: You can be rest assured that we will only be transferring a working platform to you without requesting for a dime from you, we do not need your funds to build the platform or get the license, we only want to be sure someone is ready to take over as soon as the development is done.
Funds can be placed on Escrow and until all points noted and agreed in the Escrow is achieved we don't have the right to request for any payment.

My asking Equity is 20% because i still want to benefit from the platform, and since we would be the original developer it is only wise we also have a share in it so that other upgrades can be done easily.
