you cant join the freeroll because the minimum rank that you should have is a member but yours is a newbie

only copper/member rank and above can wear signatures, avatars etc.. bitcointalk has basically monetized comments by providing a spot for advertising in the signature field. swc is offering this freeroll to those who are willing to pimp their brand.

newbie accounts are incapable of said pimping, which is why swc is not interested in their participation. that's not a silly restriction..
