Winners: 6x winning blocks awards one stamp each. First block gives out a Green Stamp and then we do one color each until the 6th block (so 2nd block black, 3rd block green and so on).
How we'll play:
Pick one of the available ticket from the table above. Each ticket represents a possible last character in a block hash. Ones all tickets are taken (and paid for) I'll select 6 consecutive blocks that will be mined in the near future and use those for reference. The last character in the hash of these blocks decides who holds a winning ticket, each ticket can win several times so you could scoop it all with just 1 ticket
