rx 570 work but not see on mining mother board

hello guys, working on a new rig with rx 570 but they are not detect, the card work on my main computer and mine at 32 mhs

the mining mother board dont see it, can't see in the bios / windows 10

other card work on the mining mother board vega 56 , rx 550 and gtx 1060

how is it possible that the rx can't be see in the mining motherboard? tryed on 2 different mining motherboard and same result, the rx570 is only detected on my main computer, any idea?

my main computer is 8 years old, so i dont think the bios version is the probleme here ...

Anyway, it looks like you need to setup the mining board on the bios first and add 2 molex power cable to the mother to make your GPU works or detected.

Make sure that it also attach properly and install a proper driver to make it work.

like i said, other card work, 5 other at the same time, it's not a conectioin probleme, and i can't install driver since the card is NOT DETECTED AT ALL

the card is getting juice, no probleme, molex is connected, rizer work ... everything is fine ... still not detected

this is so frustrating, i tryed like 6 other card, even an old gtx 580, they ALL work, the only one that's not detected is the rx 570 ... but the card work on my main computer and mine fine ... it's a nightmare

Try other OS instead of using windows like this one SMOS https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=229060.0 or a hiveOS from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2350786.0

And don't forget to add two molex power cable because without them the other cards won't appear on the device manager.

This is common with non branded mainboard,like Asus,Gigabyte,MSI and Asrock.The only thing you need to do is thoroughly read your motherboard documentation and enable or disable what they say should be the best configurations for mining.

In a branded motherboard like Asus you should set Pcie to gen1 and enable 4g in bios in order to get the board to recognize the maximum number of cards.

met is already such a topic on the forum, but I still experience the issue. we should try to start to change the software. and can be incompatibility of iron, because this map doesn't.
