We recently launched a service called Addie, which aims to simplify the process of sharing your cryptocurrency addresses. Rather than sharing the addresses directly, you simply share your Addie and the interested individual can see every address associated with your account.

Addie currently supports Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Peercoin, Namecoin, Primecoin and Quark. Let us know what other coins you would like us to add!

Visit Addie: http://addie.cc/

Thank you for your input! The site didn't go offline, but an error occurred.
You can still log into your account. We'll look into fixing that bug.

EDIT: The bug has been fixed!

I wouldn't trust this service (yet!).  How can we be guaranteed that you aren't giving people bad addresses?

My suggestion: allow the owner of the account to sign using their GPG key a message that says "1xxx... is my Bitcoin address."  Anyone can verify the address belongs to the user by checking their public GPG key from a gpg key server.

Also, consider implementing Stealth addresses to improve privacy in the Blockchain.
