I am coming to you with this question:
Is there websites which provide something similar to blockchain API for BTC?
I would like to integrate deposits and withdrawals in my website for other coin types.
Or can this be made w/ some 3rd party library (I prefer PHP)

It's quite hard.
But you can use bitcoin-json-php source,and to fork it according to your "other coin types"
