I think Australia, India, New Zealand and England have got very good chance to qualify for the top 4 spots. On the other hand, Pakistan, West Indies and South Africa's performance is very dismal so far, so they don't have any chance.
Personally I am happy with the other teams have mentioned above bro. But England team is really not worth to stay at that place. I'm not saying in the richest man but every country in the cricket game have their own team members in their team but this peoples picked various people and taking them everyone here for World Cup match.

What you have mentioned seems completely senseless, wantedly no player will leave his country and play for the other.. When opportunites weren't provided to the right person, people will go in search of the alternative. And, here in the England team I'm not sure about the players that you've meant.
I find England to be one of the strongest team and supposed to be on the top list. If they haven't played good cricket they couldn't have scored a consecutive 300+ scores on 9 matches including the previous series and the record continues. I'm sure England being in home will lock its place for semi's.
