Be careful of asking Non collateral loans outside the local

Was Checking the lending section and I saw this thread - Urgently wanted loan to pay Education Fees where the OP susila_bai a Hero Member was neg tagged by a DT for a non collateral loan request.

I know our accounts is very important as we can use it to trade and join signature campaign, so if this negged tag will be on it, it will decrease our opportunity to have successful trade and join a signature campaign.

I'm bringing it up here so you guys will know the possible scenario if you do the same.

I don't think the negative trust was really necessary. This is one reason why some users are fighting the trust system.

I agree with this statement (reply) on that thread:

A loan request is not automatically a scam attempt. The scam attempts that are frequently seen here are those made by throwaway accounts.

That was the statement of Darkstar I guess and I also agree with that, it's too harsh to neg tagged someone only asking a loan, that is just an application and lender has the option to deny the application. Regardless of the rank, I guess they have evaluate carefully before making a judgement as it would take away the benefits I've mentioned in my first post.

Hindi ako umaagree sa negative na yun ang dapat na ibigay sa kanya ay neutral lang para iwarn ang ibang mga user at lalo na pag nilagyan ng flag yan abuse na yan.

Dapat hindi pinapasok ang mga bagohan lang tulad nitong si LFC kasi hindi fair mag bigay ng trust feedback.

Heavily agree. While probably 95-99%(don't quote me) of the people attempting to make non-collateralized loans are scammer, there's probably still a few that are actually legitimate and that are planning on paying back. While I personally probably wouldn't trust such loans as it's a huge scam potential like LFC_Bitcoin said, automatically tagging a user(especially a decently helpful one) is just making bad assumptions and coming to conclusions a bit too quickly.

For me nag based lang si LFC_Bitcoin sa pagbabago ngayon ng trust system, which is na for me ay wala naman mali and hindi nga lang appropriate or komplikado pa yung bagong trust system, which is na ina-apply pa lang din nila as a pagiging DT member.

Walang mali dahil sinusubukan pa lang natin lahat na intindihin yung new trust system.

Ang intention niya lang naman is maging aware yung mga lender dahil sa pananaw niya na malaki yung pontential na pwedeng maging scam/default yung loan.

That’s the basic rules at ewan ko ba kung bakit hindi nila maintindihan. Unless trusted ka or may previous loan ka na successful. Then, it’s worth a shot and naka depende na lang sa mga lenders if consider nila.

Ang ma advise ko lang lalo na't baguhan na sumubok mag loan kahit dito sa forum try niyo kaya PM yung lender kung papayag ba siya na walang collateral bago mo lapag application sa thread ng lender.
Pero kapag walang cridibiltity talaga yung account niyo mag loan without collateral mas mabuti huwag nalang subokan.

Asking for non collateral loan is allowed in this forum, but giving a negative feedback is also based on the discretion of the user, he can do it based on his judgement of a certain situation. If this negative feedback will allow his chance in signature campaign in the future, that's really bad for him but I guess that is not worse compared to the past rating system and I also think that signature campaign rules has to be revise to in line with the current trust system.

Nakakatakot naman yung ganito, when you are just asking for a loan though I understand naman why he tagged him pero sana matanggal yun once na maging ok naman yung transactions nila. Marami naman kase ang nagloloan ng walang collateral, kaya lang gumawa kase sya ng sarili nyang thread which is open for everyone.

I once took a loan back then (my first loan), Senior member rank that time if I'm not mistaken, without collateral, without any lending history and presto, the loan was filled in just a few minutes.

Not necessary talaga for me na lagyan ng negative trust ang isang user for a no-collateral loan (except newcomers at obvious sh*t).

Sa case dyan sa taas, ang nangyari kasi is "exceptional" dahil na rin siguro sa current status ng account nung borrower, for let's say, ok lang sya mag default since wala rin mawawala sa account. Kumbaga pabenta na. Unlike in my case, kasali ako sa signature campaign that time and talagang active na parang non-sense if sasayangin ko ang account for BTC0.05 (disregarding the rates back then compare today).

Ok lang naman magtry ng no-collateral loan. Minsan may gipit talaga e. Nasa lender naman ang final decision kasi magkakaroon naman ng background check. Mali kasi nitong isa, masyadong mataas ang hinihinging loan and talagang candidate na puwede sya mag default.

Just to be safe, request a loan from a lending thread that specify they will accept no collateral loan, like our lending thread here in the forum, and other example from outside lender are threads from shasan,zazarb, darkstar, and direwolf, at least they'll the only one who will judge.

Hindi pa ko nagtry magloan at maingat din ako at hindi ako nag-aask sa labas dahil masyadong risky. Pero kung may collateral ka naman ay wala naman sigurong magiging problema doon.  May mga lending na hindi na kailangan ng collateral gaya dito sa local thread natin kahit no collateral makakapagloan ang isang miyembro depende rin sa account nila kung magkano ang pwede nilang maloan.

I'm neutral against the negative trust that LFC left to him since both the OP and the DT both did mistakes. OP applying a non collateral loan and the DT who left a neg trust which I think very unfair.

I don't see any mistake here, this is a loan application and this is not an attempt of scamming.
If only non DT member would tagged him, he would not mind it, but LFC is a DT, that affects a lot to the account as people think DT are always right.

I have to respect LFC as well, we can't dictate a person on what to do but If I'm a DT, I would not tagged it.

Well, as far as I've seen within that section, they have already concluded that someone who is yet unknown, and no trust feedback requesting for non collateral loan for the reason of education, medical needs, project needs and others that isnt related to bitcoin,... It is considered as a scam attempt.

If I haven't been in Meta for some quite time and stayed with my low rank, I, too might be given a Red Tag, I almost hardly get one before then even though I reached FM. Just glad that shasan took the risk and lent me some money for my bills.

I can't possibly say that LFC was wrong, in fact, he has a valid reason to do that. Let's just consider that section, to be highly supervised by DTs and Lenders.

Actually, multi-factorial since madami ka pwede munang i-consider before making a non-collateral loan. Firstly, check the post history of the person if he/she is active on the forum. Also, tignan niyo din kung sakaling kasali siya sa isang signature campaign since baka dito niya kunin yung ipang-loan niyang pera. In addition, tignan din yung trust-rating nito.

Kung balak mo naman mag-lend sa isang non-collateral loan, make sure yung amount na iririsk niyo ay relatively hindi ganung kalake JUST IN CASE may mangyari mang pang-scam.

Kung magloloan make sure talaga na may collateral kang ibibigay doon sa uutangan mo para walang problema. Depende rin kasi kung gaano ka trust yung account mo na kahit wala kang collateral ay mapapautang ka dahil may feedback ka na mapagkakatiwalaan kang tao. Marami rin ang nagloloan ng walang collateral pero nakakakuha sila depende na lang talaga yan sa tao.
