I'd argue that ios is probably the easier for users to interact with, it's been a major selling point of apple devices for years and its a huge reason customers are loyal to the brand. And let's not pretend as if apple respects your privacy any more than google does, there's been plenty of cases where apple has committed egregious crimes against privacy.

However the second part is the harsh reality where our data is stored against our wishes, and that’s what makes me dislike android phones and hence I shifted to Apple for security reasons.

I am using windows pc all the time and not sure about the email you are talking about.I never connect any of my emails on pc and I even disable auto updates too often because it sucks lot of data and memory at background.

You can disable anything you want on pcs.
