Why do you gamble?

Can't simply say as for fun,like having intention of winning huge amount from it but not trying for it too hard make me save from huge losses.

I know people who got addicted so which helped me how to react to the consequences.

Why we do gamble?It would be just either for fun or making money out of it.Each person do have its own
motive on why they do play.Lets not talk about the common results but this is always been part of reality
when we do talk about addiction.

Have you ever considered the reason behind your gambling habit or in some cases addiction? Do you gamble for fun or do you gamble for potential profit?

Do you gamble because you are bored or because you have some medical condition that prevents you from going out to experience other type of entertainment?

Do you gamble, because you hope that a big jackpot will solve all your debt problems or that a big jackpot would fund your dreams?

We should always consider why we do specific things in life and if those things are constructive or damaging in some way and then evaluate our actions to prevent harmful situations.

To be honest, you have already answered the question on your first point. People gamble to make profit. That is it. No matter what other bullshit the people say, their main goal when gambling is to make PROFIT. People who gamble for fun won't be using real money. There are lots of casino out there that provides virtual valueless money that you can play with for fun. They would have chosen that.

Long story short: For money and fun. It is fun to watch a different football championship series and win some money. Sometimes we win sometimes we lose but I never get caught to things like addiction, applying a different money management methods like martingale strategy and more.

In my case, I gamble for fun. I consider myself as small-time roller only. I don't go overboard and use only my extra cash. I am not chasing the winnings but rather enjoyment of what I am playing. If I win, then I consider myself lucky. But will not aim to get rich via gambling route.

Later I understood the risk of losing, but this always tempts me to spend. I usually gamble for fun when my friends ask to join them. I also went to release stress sometimes or to kill time like waiting for someone within the area. Sometimes I meet a confusion when saying gambling is a place for entertainment, releasing fatigue and things that are not related to making gambling a place to make money. But sometimes I also feel that gambling is a place that can be used as a source of income because I have experienced myself how to get bets every day. I gamble for both, I'm true to what I say. I look for fun and can't deny that I'm also wanting to make some potential profit although my limit isn't that much but acceptable base on my perspective as I have fun.

I don't have medical condition, this applies for addicted gamblers. I gamble whenever I want regardless of being bored or not.

I understand the reality, this can't happen to me and hitting the jackpot is no longer on my mind.

You see, I am gambling for fun, I don't really think another thing other than having fun especially with my friends. I also love earning money through it, I am having a great time and at the same time, I am earning money so yeah, that is just it.
