The minimum ammount we allowed to ship is 3 cartons(( That is why i cannot send you 1 pack - it will not pass our customs.

To send cigarettes to our customers we need "to pay a fee" to customs, so they aproove our package. The fee is per carton, but they told us "its too small to deal with only 1-2 cartons" for them. And they will get it "approved" only if there are 4 or more - its more interested for them in financial way..

And we have no other choice but to work with that((

However if you would only send 1 "box" of 20 cigs you wouldn't need to go through customs at all.

Thats not true. You can check this topic and see how many people say that we are legit.
And even if people had problems - we always resolved them so that customer would saty happy
