Disregard ... must be an issue or setting with my browser.  Cheesy  Topic closed.

I see this on virtually every forum I visit.  If a post is edited after a specific time period be it minutes, hours or days it is marked as such on the bottom or top of the edited post.  Where this could come in handy is tracking a scammer who changes his OP or other post to remove info after being gone for an extended time.  Some forums tag it immediately as edited and some give you 10-15 minutes of unmarked editing. At the very most it should be around 24hrs IMO.  Edit

There will be a dotted line if the post was edited. You can hover over it to see the date thereof.

Note: a post will not be shown to be edited if it was edited within 10(?) minutes of posting; you will not get the full edit history of a given post

I believe you have a ten minute window to edit your post and after that, the top of your post will have a note of when the post was last edited and by who.

You can manually calculate the time since the post was last edited by subtracting the current date/time from the time the post was last edited.

When on mobile, you will see the note automatically displayed to the right of the date of the post.

Where is this dotted line?  I just edited a very old (2 yrs) post of my own and don't see it. Could it be forum specific?

Below is an example. It is under the post creation date. If you hover over the date, you should see the date of the last edit.
