Without mentioning the payment details, you'd hardly get any good posters. Members here get paid good money to just post on this forum and they would choose this over posting for 100 different forums unless of course, you have an interesting pay structure.

No. 1, is how much is the rate and 2 is how are you going to ensure the payment since it's done in a weekly basis and no escrow or whatsoever to ensure that payment will be done based on the agreed amount.
