Bitcoin price is always based on speculation, his predict will come true if there is many information who believe bitcoin be reach that price. Jhon McAfee is a good person especially for cryptocurrency world, his tweet will provide a comfortable feeling for all bitcoin investors and also he has been known as a man who has a high IQ so as it will be easy for him to take an attention from many users.
But, if we talk about prediction about bitcoin price we should have own predict, you can predict with yourself witg every conditions such as on the market condition or also from the fundamental condition. Eventually, you will be happier when your own predict come true and you will have a confident if someone ask to you about bitcoin price movement.

Lol I don't listen what McAfee has to say any more. He may be fun to watch but his advice have 0 weight for me.
How can you explain that shitcoins he promotes have 80$ value one day and less then a dollar 2 months later??
The only explanation is he's consistently, unapologetically full of shit, on a sociopathic narcissist level. I really don't understand what the attraction is to this man. He's definitely on the top 10 list of personalities who have damaged the reputation of crypto. |

McAfee has always been too optimistic when it comes to the price of BTC. I believe BTC could easily be worth over $100 000 but one million dollars is too much of a target to hope for. I personally feel he's always setting such high targets in order to somewhat manipulate the market by using his position.

this is exactly the only point of every single statement that McAfee has ever made about bitcoin and its future price. all that has been to gain popularity and attention from users so that he could advertise shitcoins to get them pumped (either because he bought them before and wanted to sell or were paid to pump them) and make a ton of profit. |
Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Tyler Winklevoss' statement made more sense, probably implying that the bear market is over if BTC hits $10,000, hence it will likely go to $15,000. McAfee's statement though? Made no sense whatsoever. Dude's just trying to hype up bitcoin.
Winklevoss has invested heavily in Bitcoin, and as per the latest estimates he is holding around $1.1 billion worth of BTC. He makes his statements very carefully, and that too after undertaking a lot of analysis and research. McAfee on the other hand, is behaving like a little boy for the past 2-3 years. He is scared it seems, as he can still be extradited for tax evasion. |

According to my opinion, if bitcoin will hit 100k it will move very fast..
100k usd is not a high amount and i dont believe that bitcoin can reach it in a quick manner because if its true then why do you think bitcoins price is still low ? maybe because of the nature of volatility hmmm ? but being volatile is not a hindrance to make a big progress if people really wants to pump bitcoin . 100k usd is possible but it will take alot of years . my prediction will be 5 to 10 years or more . we must first need to make bitcoin popular so that we can attract more investors . |

I doubt that unless the demand has increased by such a degree that $10,000 forms some sort of a fundamental floor. If we look back, Bitcoin has always been generous offering people a second chance to buy at certain lower levels people don't think are possible to reach anymore. This doesn't mean that we will go back to $4000 or $5000 but a revisit of sub $10,000 levels is definitely not impossible. I would say that a price between $7000-$8000 is still realistic once the momentum runs out. Of course, people don't want to hear anything about going back to sub $10,000 but you got to be realistic. Being a moonboy works against you more often than it helps you. |

It's this simple: those who believe in Mcafee's words will benefit when the price of 1 btc crosses $1m usd. Those who don't believe in his words, which is most here and nearly all outside of this forum, won't.
I used to think that patience was the number one ingredient in getting rich in crypto, but I think the ability to believe in the seemingly impossible is even more important.

While I'm all for treating price jumps as percentage gains instead of raw values.. there does come a time when that breaks down... 1k to 10k.. yeah.. treat that as a 1000% gain and compare that to 10k to 100k .. that is reasonable.. In the grand scheme of things, the market caps on all of these are a rounding error.... 100k to 1MM however... getting to 1MM will require a not insignificant amount of the world's wealth.. I do put 1MM well within the realm of possible... I do not think it will happen as quick or easy as the 1k -> 10k -> 100k jumps... |

I do not think it will happen as quick or easy as the 1k -> 10k -> 100k jumps... Coming off the 4 year low, bitcoin moved like a snail to go from $200 to $800 - it took over a year. This last 4 year cycle low (assuming it's the low here, but it's a pretty safe assumption) bitcoin moved from $3k to $12k in a few weeks. Maybe the higher the price exponentially, the easier the moves become. This isn't like any asset the world has ever seen, it's basically writing it's own history. |
