There is no announcement yet on when Libra will actually schedule for launch, Im sure they are still working on the regulatory requirements now.
Study what Libra is first, AFAIK its a stable coin so I don't see its a good investment, unless you are a big investor that you can private invest with them, but then again, just to make sure information are accurate, wait for the announcement to see what this project can offer to its potential investors.

Many are interested in investing in Libra Coin but from what I know Libra Coin has not been made and marketed. From what I read, Libra Coin is still facing legal problems and hopefully can find legal loopholes to market Libra Coin.

At the moment, with official announcements from Facebook, it can't be purchased yet. You need more time or choose other altcoins to invest appropriately!

Many will probably backed up this coin. The legit answer to youre query is not now . Libra will probably go on a token sale with huge exchange or maybe Bakkt who knows, but one thing is for sure many will try to get in when the libra commence. Lots of people speculating and making fud to this project but some are probably dont want some to enter so they create propaganda about Libra. Everyone knows who is the owner of it and his known a success legion when it comes to tech and business aspect. So probably this is just a segway or strategy by others.

I don't think this is the time to buy Libra coins because it is still in the development of more detailed official announcements not released yet. We can only wait until 2020.
