Touche. you might be right. A Mod should look at all available information 5though

Well, let's hope the mods of the Beginners and Help section read this thread and make a mental note not to move threads to the mining subforum unless they are certain the hardass mining mods are not going to toss it into the trashcan for breaking the rules.

Well, one thing that I can say about the Beginners and Help section. It seems a lot more palatable to read than it was the last time I checked it. The last time I checked it is when people were demoted to newbie because they didn't have even 1 merit. It was filled with people basically begging for merit. I'm not certain if the reason it is actually worth reading now is because the mod(s) for that job have done a good job keeping it clean or if I just picked a wrong time to start reading it in the past.

Again...newbie or not a valid question was asked and deleted. This not a mistake it's an incompetent Mod.

Well, I think the mod that moved the topic to mining was trying to be helpful and move the topic to where the newbie could get expert answers. Unfortunately, the mining board has rules, and this thread broke one of them.

6. All virtual mining - such as cloud mining, purchasing hashrate etc. is a service and NOT bitcoin mining. Discussion regarding cloud mining, contracts, hosting services, renting hashrate etc. belong in the economic services subforum and not the mining subsection.

If this is truly the case,I don't see why is there a need to delete the thread instead of moving to the relevant section. Its not like moving a thread is much more modwork, then deleting one. The hate for the mods in the mining section is growing, they are strict, I get it, but for the wrong board.

Have them mod the bitcoin discussion board, or off-topic board and then see how the clusterfuck of spam posts goes down.

This is Awesome!!!

Lots of you responding,I'm very grateful for your support.
Absolutely thinking the same like most of you, that deleting the thread was a weird move to say the least.
I was totally surprised when I did not found my original thread also a bit bummed because of it.
Cause I was very careful to not violate any rules
I was even had a tough when the thread moved to the mining section :
-fuck this is weird-
But then my next thought was:
-Nevermind,probably a mod moved there, for sure they know what they are doing-

Let's just say for now, that as humans,we are all doing mistakes:)
I would not assume, there is a wested interest somewhere to delete such a thread like mine was:)
Which is going to be a quite informative one about the issue of cloud mining, thanks for all the participants.

I really hope we won't get deleted from here now on,as I follow all the rules of the forum, and probably the placement of this thread is ok.

Something else.
I was reading threads on this forums, around a year or a bit more.
When I had the idea to invest into this cloud mining company
Of course checked this forum too about reviews or scam accusations about my company, and for me it was not that easy to even find the topic of cloud mining.
Maybe it's just me.

Now,where would I restart my original thread? What would be the most fitting place for it in your opinion?

Honestly I think your original thread was fine in Beginners and help. You were after all just asking where you could find a profitability calculator, the rest was just situational. It might come down to the phrasing of the title as most people seemed to center in on the cloud mining aspect which was really secondary. Another good place for a post would be in a Service Discussion thread about the company you bought your contract from, I didn't notice if it was mentioned in the archive or not.

Once you start to look for advice on what cloud mining companies to go with it definitely belongs on the  Service Discussion board.

In regards to your thread, it shouldn't have been deleted. Locked could have worked as the questions where answered. I'm surprised it was deleted because usually if there are a bunch of replies and conversation the thread stays active, even if it gets moved.

Unless you received a PM I'm unaware of - That was just a Legendary member giving you some advice. It's one of the places I posted your topic would be better suited it's the Service Discussion Board
You can move it yourself by going to the bottom left of the page on that thread and selecting "move topic"
