I think not everyone loses confidence in the altcoin.  Instead they take this good opportunity to buy potential altcoins because the price is still cheap. Don't worry too much and panic if you want to improve. The important thing is not to buy bad coins, buy good coins and potential such as ETH, BNB, TRX, etc.

The opportunity will happen to those with great patience but your investment list is old and we should have more new options at this time. I often look for new coins that have just been released in the last few months to invest because if it is a project that people are interested in, the ability to raise prices is much higher than other old projects. Maybe I will still have a lot of risks when investing so I only spend a few assets to participate in new projects, the rest I will only keep Bitcoin

This is just wishful thinking. "Altcoin season" may never come. In a couple of months, Bitcoin dominance may reach the 70% level, from the current level of 63%. I won't be too surprised even if reaches 75% or 80%. For now the alts are holding strong against the USD, although they are declining against BTC. If the trends persist and BTC moves toward 20K, then the alts can lose value against USD as well, as a lot of users may rush to purchase BTC with whatever funds they have with them.

This time the growth of bitcoin has been taking place independently without much of growth happening with altcoins. Upon the same large number of people have moved the investments into bitcoin from other altcoins. Hope the recovery of the altcoin market will happen soon.

As a beginning now the market of few altcoins have shown good signs of growth. The present market is dominated by bitcoin and the altcoins lack in dominance. There should be some good progress in the dominance level of altcoins to experience bull trend on altcoins.

I think OP doesn't understand that altcoins are always like this. The cryptocurrency market is volatile and so the altcoins are also unstable. They are recovering now. Most of them probably in green and thus, traders and investors have gained profits at the moment altcoins pumped. It is not always at the red days. You have to be used to this kind of volatility.

If the "Altcoin Season" may never come. Is the altcoin no longer attractive? Well even though for now BTC dominance can not be avoided. but it actually makes a risk if you rush to buy BTC when you're like this.

To be honest, it is better to buy Bitcoin than buying 90% of the useless altcoins which will someday end up being zero. It is better to earn small profits instead of losing all the invested amount.

Maybe he loses his confidence and interest to invest in altcoin because of bitcoin price was increase higher. He needs to hold if he wants to make a profit from the altcoin and I am sure that will happen after bitcoin have time to break and stay at the one level. He needs to stay calm to see his altcoin asset get down in now because that is only he can do right now to wait still for the altcoin to back to increase to the higher price.

Don't feel bad if you see the balance in your account reduces because that is only for temporary and it will change soon, and you will see your balance will grow too. This time, we will see an exploding in the cryptocurrency because bitcoin itself will have halving that will happen in the next year and that will affect the altcoin too.

Of course, we can't really write off altcoins, some of them are still valuable, however, majority are shitcoins will no value at all, that's why investors try to get away as far as possible to those altcoins. And then we have the problem of ICO offerings, which at the end of the day are also worthless.

So that could be some reasons why people get are not into investing in altcoins but rather put their money where the market is really booming, that is bitcoin.
