Hello All,

Are you interested in Puerto Rico Real estate?  Have you heard about the tax benefits to the island?  There are many reasonable priced properties on the island no matter what the budget. Been here myself for 2 years now with first hand experience.  I have been teaching English this past year to learn Spanish so I have plenty of time this summer to work a deal on a that Puerto Rican property you deserve.

Looking forward to getting started.

Buenos Dias

welcome back after a 2.5 year hiatus
When the value of money is time, the longer the hiatus obviously the more value is offered.

Trade synthesis value on the other hand, attracts quite a lot of interest here.

Thanks for warm welcome back.

Puerto Rico has been a worthwhile place to live during the past 3 years. The continual natural disasters are causing those with less patience for their plans to be interrupted to leave. Just means many more real estate opportunities available. Virgin islands have some pass through tax deals I don't understand since the amount of money I'm clearing is not nearly enough to warrent investigating. Fun times learning Spanish, which in my mind adds a certain allure to Puerto Rico versus an English speaking area.
