Loosing my mind as a bounty/airdrop hunter

What is going on with crypto space lately? ICO finally has a better solution which is IEO and it works but what about airdrops and bounties? Right under our nose we get cheated not from scam or fake projects but projects that are already listed and working e.g

Bitsdaq candy swap turned 100:1 bqqq token.
X-block don't even bother about promoters payouts anymore and they are trading already,if my calculation is correct their token already did 1.6x.
Decimated cheat airdrop hunters by later forcing us to buy 5$ worth of DIO token to be able to get our airdrop rewards.
Bounties pays 5$ for promoting their project .
New projects that are never listed on exchanges are dumped through DEX after tracking on etherscan.
No KYC confirmed bounties forced KYC on hunters after bounty ends .

The fact is bounty hunters are not been taken seriously anymore,its absolute rubbish and something must be done about it ,Hunter's real use case is to create awareness for there projects ,that is what makes us important and we shouldn't be treated like we are nothing

This is a bitter reality bounty hunters are facing in the market of cryptocurrency. The reality is like bounty hunters are left behind right after bounty campaign for a project is over, their tokens are locked for a specified time, some projects pay them little amount of rewards than stated, they are scammed by not rewarding them. But some projects have been so nice.

I just want to add that even before the boom of airdrops and bounties, this space already have risks. From the bounties being only in the internet which most hunters could not go to the headquarters of the project to directly complain their sentiments in their participation. To the bounty managers scamming the bounty hunters and project managers. To me we should already accepted the risks in this space.

It is very risky for bounty hunters, investors are safe on some projects, but bounty hunters are not, they are not paying bounty hunters on time, they are delaying payment and worst of all after they sent their rewards, they lock their token like what Dexage and Liker did.

Not completely over, I think the bounty era will not end because the project still needs bounty hunters to promote their projects. Just because the IEO does not mean the bounty era is over, there will be many projects that will follow the IEO and they compete with each other, of course they need bounty hunters to raise their funds.

Not completely over, I think the bounty era will not end because the project still needs bounty hunters to promote their projects. Just because the IEO does not mean the bounty era is over, there will be many projects that will follow the IEO and they compete with each other, of course they need bounty hunters to raise their funds.

It only makes sense if there is something left worthy for promotion and still it has, but yet we need to do further research before we found it.
To be honest, I'm a bounty hunter before and everything went good until such a time that the market flooded already of scam and fake project which losing my courage to participate with them. It supposed to be not like that if there is a group of people who have their job to stop the fake project but sad to say that, there is nothing, only our own detection.

Yes, everyone does not care. If you still do not understand. Most projects are rogues without a future. That's all. Decent projects now just work directly, they do not need advertising. Or they order it directly from reputable experts. Do tons of work for $ 5 no one will. Soon, this topic will disappear.

There are far too many bounty hunters. Most of them jump in for any job, no matter how low is the pay or how obviously scam is the project or team.
There were bad paying projects in the past too. There were scams in the past too. But everything has exploded in 2017. And as long as others will accept the jobs in such conditions, nothing will change, I'm afraid.

I'm not sure if the forum could impose a "minimum wage" especially as we talk about tokens that may worth 100x more or 100x less at the moment of payment. And the forum policy is basically no interference. All that can be done is to fight scams, which does happen.

Yes bounty hunters are being cheated by every new project. In 2017 income from bounty campaigns much much better and one could have thought of adopting bounty campaigns promotions as their full time profession but now the time has gone and bounty campaigns are not a profitable business anymore. On an average out of 10 projects only 1 project is paying to bounty hunters and that too a small amount. Many projects turns scam after collecting investors money and many projects are just delaying their products. There should be some forum for bounty hunters rights.

Bounty hunters make income based on the market situation as well, if market is bad, bounty hunters might not earn good.
The fact that the tokens that are paid are based in the trading value once in exchange, that would say that bounty hunters are not enjoying the value of their reward as most altcoins now that are launch in trading sites have down more than 50% of it's ICO price.

Guys, it's up to you to choose better projects to invest your time, if nobody joins the project, the owners and devs will need to offer better choices for all of you

You need to take a break, and do what you have to do for your daily needs,
ICO, Bounty, does not guarantee you can make your family happy.
If I may suggest, you should switch to investing in crypto such as Bitcoin, with sufficient capital, so the results can be pretty good,
Don't rely on Bounty or ico.
Try to focus on investing or trading.

Bitsdaq swap ratio is 300:1 and it's a real scam, they fooled people who participate on their candy event and will just them a penny. We can't do anything just focus on finding legit bounties that will pay us good amount in the end.

It is very disheartening to see such reward after much effort is been put in. The truth is that most hunters see bounty as their full time and as such, if anything goes wrong, they get affected so much, I think bounty hunters should Channel some strength else where and also be very selective when choosing a bounty to participate.

this is all a reality and we must be able to accept it all, bounty is no longer a source of permanent income because it's right like you, most only give a value of $ 7 - $ 20 to support their project for several months

That is the rule of the market, in a certain time, the market will follow a certain trend and the crypto market is not outside that rule. Bounty and airdrop is associated with the boom of ICO and currently the ICO market is almost dead, so never take bounty and airdrop as the main income. Just join bounty and airdrop when you have free time, don't put all your effort into it.

As a bounty hunter, it's a sad thing to earn nothing or little after which much effort has been put in a campaign, and that's why I will advice bounty hunters to get back up job because the era we are today it's nothing to write home about with Cryptocurrency.
