Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending (Sorry, TED)

wow, spot on man, i'm sure TED wouldn't mind  Tongue

If there was a TED talk about Bitcoin, that should be the title of it.

Bitcoin was mentioned in a TEDx talk recently.

Bitcoin combines money, the wrongest thing in the world, with software, the easiest thing in the world to get wrong.

woot, I love those man, you can find the european equivalent of "Lucky Charms" in every small food shops around here. Hope some day they accept bitcoins and our small food industry entrepreneurs can have an edge over multinational firms like Carefour, wal-mart, and likes.

Just the Charms, forget the Cheerios.

Trivia: Which living president is known for a famous non-E-Prime phrase, and what is it quote the phrase?

I'm tempted to guess Clinton but it depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is...

We have a winner!

Are you saying my idea is a good one or were you kidding. Was just wondering! Definitely not E-Prime. Allow me to try this again.

So, you like the slogan? Consider it a gift to the community, provided... (Oops! Wrong thread.)

Here we go again! Looks like we may need to start another thread for this one. All because I promised to pay X amount of BTC to the winner, doesn't mean I'm going to pay up. If you keep harassing me on this issue, I will call the authorities and then, unremorsefully, kill myself, thereby creating better value to this forum. Your call!  Wink

That said, for my epitaph I want Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending in LED TED red.

"Bitcoin is better", but the question is: better than what? I guess that can be part of the marketing, people will have to go look it up to find out what you are comparing it to.

This can be nicely expanded to push products as well: "Bitcoin beer is better beer!" has a nice ring to it.
