Number can be blocked through call registry for that you need to go manually and do this.

There maybe some apps but I would suggest to not to use them because it can danger of blocking all your calls some might be very important.

you can make the blacklist in your mobile phone but the option is different for different mobiles but you can do that one by one only and I don't know how to do that in in a single time after all the contact that you have not saved.
