I can barely find anything about them, which usually means that the smarter thing to do is to stay the hell away from them. There's a couple threads about them, but none are conclusive. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5118346.0 user more or less states he didn't receive his miner. Also what's interesting is that they have 103 ratings on https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/coin-mining-central/100 being 5 stars, 3 ratings of 3 stars.. Odd. You'd think that with 100 reviews on CC, they'd atleast have some more discussion around them on other sites/forums/the internet in general, as atleast a couple thousand people have bought miners from them (I'm assuming that only 1 in 10 leaves a review on Cryptocompare, which i think is still generous, considering almost no one leaves reviews nowadays, unless the product is shit/a scam.)
But no, there's absolutely nothing to be found about them. I'd stay away. |

I ordered MICROBT WHATSMINER M3X from their website, i paid in total around 450-500 euro for the products, shipment plus custom fee.
And 3 days ago i got the products, it is used, broken, in very shit condition and is missing the psu.
I asked already full refund, im waiting for their answer.
Ps: they are shipping from Hong Kong.

And actually accept paypal which is unheard of and truly helped me decide to go with them over others (buyer security). To be completely honest, they fantastic and customer service is better than expected. I got a Dayun Z1 pro and one board kept failing (possibly user error as they seemed to get it working...) but Gavin (legend) agreed to let me switch for 2x Innosilicon T2Tz. They Ship from China as expected so you'll get import fees but their prices are fair. If you are in the UK, use a forwarded to get cheaper prices as they charge for the UK tax, dunno how that works but you'll save like 10% sending through Germany or whatever. I plan to get a couple more and would feel completely safe using BTC / bank transfer now, given my experience with a paypal transaction. |

To be completely honest, they fantastic and customer service is better than expected. I got a Dayun Z1 pro and one board kept failing (possibly user error as they seemed to get it working...) but Gavin (legend) agreed to let me switch for 2x Innosilicon T2Tz.
They Ship from China as expected so you'll get import fees but their prices are fair. If you are in the UK, use a forwarded to get cheaper prices as they charge for the UK tax, dunno how that works but you'll save like 10% sending through Germany or whatever.
I plan to get a couple more and would feel completely safe using BTC / bank transfer now, given my experience with a paypal transaction.

I know that the email can be edited but i tired to give m4acker a benefit of doubt. Given that he was in this forum since Feb and from earlier posts you can clearly see that he likes things to do with mining... so i wouldn't really see the reason why he would come in and lie all of a sudden. Nonetheless, anybody planning to use the service should proceed with caution and do lots of background research. |

m4acker i appreciate your time and effort to show us the proof, but you misunderstood what i mean. i was not asking a photo with all the personal info, and i'm not going to ask to take a photo what i want. what i was saying is my way to show a reliable proof... taking a photo of physical stuffs and cover the personal info. in this way is less probable to edit the stuffs (DHL invoice, ASIC, emails, supplier invoice, etc.) things like you did after i asked this part. |

I would like to see some proof the order completed, a picture of the box, and the miner would be a good start. Does not help the main page uses pictures you can find on google.

Seriously......you are promoting yourself through 'paid' publicity. And we all know we can buy reviews and block negative ones on Trustpilot. Maybe you need to adress the fact that YOU DROP SHIP FROM CHINA AND NEVER HAVE ANY STOCK AT YOUR FACILITY. This ends up in paying VAT excluded on your website and having lots of 'surprises' on delivery (VAT, import and shipping delays, duties etc)
