[Palawan] Is this partnership on going with Bloom X?

So ito po, Palawan partnership with Bloom X I know old news ito pero di ba tayo curious if ongoing pa ba tlga ito? Nag search tlga ako sa internet if continuing pa ba tong project but there was no updated news. Ito na ata yung solution natin para maka tipid sa fees direct fiat to btc and vice versa pero parang hanggang pangarap lang ata ito.
