Oh shit i put 0.00300000 well man send it back to me please!

FFS what a clown...

Did you really think Csmiami won't notice the extra 0? Grin

That was kind of the point of this "sociologic experiment on forum scammers"

It was my bad i didnt see that extra 0 (0.003) i dont have the bad intentions as your thoughts coming

Nope, you were the one saying 0.03 on the first place; I did only repeat it several times for you to correct me, or in case you didn't, realize that you really meant 0.03 for 0.015

Thats true i reall y meant 0.03 for 0.015 but its okay if you dont want to send me back my 0.003 BTC just keep it maybe you need it for more than me!!

Then send the remaining 0.027 and stop clowning around.

Except your address doesn't even have that much so I doubt you had any intent to follow through on this nonsense to begin with.

LOL! @ArmandoComellas, You just won "The most entertaining fuckstick on bitcointalk today" award.  You win absolutely nothing.  Don't spend it all in one place.

Hey Csmiami, maybe you should donate the 0.003BTC to Known Alts And Part Time Extortion thread.

Are we seriously advocating for Csmiami to just steal his money? Say someone buys something from me, and sends me the shipping fee upfront and agrees to pay the rest after they receive the item. Before it's shipped, the buyer realized that they can't actually afford the item for some reason and need to spend their coins on living expenses or whatever. Am I then allowed to keep the shipping fee?

A deal was made, and ArmandoComellas backs out. Csmiami is not damaged by the action of returning their funds. (minus tx fees)

There could be an argument made to scam a scammer to repay the person they scammed, but as of right now ArmandoComellas has not scammed anyone, and while you could argue that they were likely to scam, thought crimes aren't reasons to steal money.

Thank you so much DarKstar, finally an intelligent comment. I think the best thing to solve this is if "CSmiami" return back my money less the fees because the netwok will charge him that fees for the comfirmation.+

Really really thank you bro.

Csmiami sent me a PM to inform me how this event transpired, and asked what he should do.  I suggested the exact same thing quoted above.

My statements in this thread are purely in jest, and I hope that was obvious.  Of course I would not condone Csmiami keep the funds, or even spend them in any other way regardless how noble the cause.

@Csmiami, you said:

Suchmoon suggested another approach though

If you are reffering to this:

Then send the remaining 0.027 and stop clowning around.

I don't think suchmoon believes that's actually gonna happen, and I get the feeling she was being facetious.  If you haven't sent ArmandoComellas' funds back to him yet I think it's about time you do.

It was not my intention to keep the funds (at least for more than a couple of days). At first I was just really amazed by the whole situation, how absurd everything seemed post after post, repeating the 0.03 for 0.015 each time. It was quite a good way to gain insight on how these people work; because the moment he smelt he could get some blood (or money), he got so focused on it he just didn't really read the posts of his own thread.

I don't believe you mentioned suchmoon or her suggestion in the PM you sent to me.  If you're insinuating suchmoon suggested you let ArmandoComellas twist in the wind for a couple of days before sending his money back, I could see her making a comment like that off the cuff.  I wouldn't take it literally, though.  It seems kind of cruel, and I think suchmoon would agree.

Sure, ArmandoComellas is an annoying spammer and a would be scammer, that's obvious.  He came here looking for a battle of the wits completely unarmed.  There's some satisfaction in making people like him suffer for a little while, but I don't see the point in letting it drag out.

If you're serious about your lending business then you want to earn the reputation of being professional.  Letting personal squabbles interfere with that can't be good for business.  Just my two sats, for what it's worth.

Enjoy your $3 profit  Tongue

Csmiami used Freebitcoin's slow withdraw to return ArmandoComellas's 0.003BTC (minus tx fees). Freebitcoin's withdraw fees are dynamic, but fees have not hit around 800 sat/byte which would cause a 0.3 mBTC withdraw fee. A reasonable maximum would be around 0.05 mBTC (5000 satoshi), and thus Csmiami pocketed 0.25 mBTC+ (roughly $3 USD with current exchange rates). The 0.05 mBTC figure is a rough estimate based upon a 120 sat/byte fee for next block, though the 'Slow' withdraw option is a batch transaction and the fee charged is likely based off of a future estimate for when the transaction was sent. It would make little sense for any algorithm to assume that 120 sat/byte would last, and a more reasonable guess would be around 0.037 mBTC fee based off of the current charge of 0.034 mBTC.

Csmiami is likely doing this with malicious intent - the 'borrower' does not seem to know how Bitcoin fully works as shown in this post, and thus may not know what a reasonable transaction fee would be. It is a small amount, but I consider these actions untrustworthy.
