Let's have one thread for all Bitcoin related tools, which can help everyone not only Newbies.

We already have bitcointalk forum and it's has a search option where you can search for bitcoin related topics, issues or what ever. Or preferably just ask your question as a newbie or any rank and get answers(if the question is not misleading or inappropriate)

PS: let's not have another mega spam thread

Indeed, the search feature in bitcointalk already help lots of people here in this forum and that includes me as I did used it and helped me looking for the thread that I want to search. The only problem is that some of us doesn't really use the search button or they seldomly use the search button. Some people are just being lazy to use search button in the forum instead they will only create a thread asking questions and the newly created thread is only duplicate to the thread created before with the same topic and discussion.

I think that wallet is not newbie friendly, even Electrum is not that newbie friendly...

I think mobile wallets such as samourai are more newbie Friendly.
We still lack good open source wallets for newbies, specially for mobile

I think it's fine to have an index thread for all tools that's available out there. Sure they might be able to find it by searching, but only if they use the correct keywords, and the thread uses that keyword too. It's likely they'll start a new thread and ask which tools that can do this or that though.

For this reason, footnotes can be given, e.g. wallet file size, or other more specific information.

either remove these or change your title from "bitcoin" tools to "cryptocurrency" tools in which case i would argue it is no longer suitable for "newbies" since altcoins aren't suitable for the beginners.

a "newbie" shouldn't use any of these tools. they should stick to their wallet GUI and do everything there in the safety that it provides them. looking under the hood and getting a transaction hex without knowing what you do is not a good idea.

Bitcoin Wallet
Electrum
there is a lot more wallets between Electrum and bitcoin-core!
for example hardware wallets can be a good option for beginners, web wallets even web accounts like Coinbae are excellent for beginners who want to get started easily as long as they understand the difference and the downside of using them.

I added Electrum because it is one of the safest and easiest and trusted wallet, there are many but as newbie i prefer this one everyone has their own test, moreover users can use segwit addresses to and they can learn more about segwit.
Web wallets are good but not trusted and secure enough. Hardware wallets are trusted and secured but it costs.

View the transaction ID on Blockchain.com/Blockstream.info and send them the link. Also, I heavily suggest creating a separate topic for your question and give us more information.

Why not add celium wallet. I use it and it works so well. You can scan the screen then you just check the address and amount you are sending (always double-check these things) Then you can adjust the fee and away you go.

Probably not the right place but I have no idea where to go.....i send some bitcoin to a company that are saying that they don't have received any BTC from me? I have the transaction-id but they still state that they haven't received. I have no idea how to go further? Please help!😉

For beginners. What company is this exactly? What were you trying to do? A separate topic would be a better idea.
