Good job, but I think you could have refined the budget column by entering information about the expected budget in usd / eth / btc (eg according to ICO prices) if it is given only in the number of new tokens.

Can we have a way of marking a scam project in the spreadsheet if it has an ongoing scam accusation?
May you can make the whole row red so that users can easily know which bounty to do and which one to avoid. I would be glad to update you whenever i come across any scam.

For example
INVECH was discovered to have a plagiarized whitepaper and there is already an accusation fro potential scam of which they have not yet resolved.
