The project assumes building of 18 detached and semi-detached mansions/ houses with areas of approximately 190 to 260m2. Such square footage and its unique design will increase the return of investment in regard to the initially assumed one up to 20%!

Honestly, I get the pressure. You see all these crypto sites with all their partnerships and you suddenly feel incompetent.
