your "friend" broke one of the forum rules(refer to the quoted post below). not sure what caused your "friend's" other account to get banned. once banned, creating a new account to post on boards other than meta is not allowed. a banned person creating a new account can only post on meta to appeal his/her ban.

if the account that your friend uses is only for bounty reports, you don't have to bother to recover it. no one will notice it.

Whatever he want, he can cry the whole day since he can't milking this forum anymore Why should the moderators need to recover a shitposter or someone who only make report on bounties section to earn for few bucks.

I suggest to your friend to start forgetting this forum as the moderators 99.99999% wouldn't recover his account and start to work at McDonald if he's looking for money, don't try to create another account since it's not allowed.

A permanently banned Bitcointalk account with 90% of its activity being in the Bounties (Altcoins) board has no chance of being reinstated on the forum if there is absolutely no doubt that plagiarism happened. You can tell your friend that he can create his own ban appeal thread and explain the reasons why he should be given a second chance. But I can already tell you now that since he hasn't posted or done anything of value here, the admins won't care. The banned account should also have received an email address where you can appeal.

banned accounts can be 100% also new account owners. because by reason of his friend's account, he could continue the activity he called work.
You can view post history. has now spammed POA in the bounty thread. even though he's not listed in the spreadsheet.

Cry all day? Play to all of the Gods out there for his account to get recovered? Run all around and ask for help?
Do whatever he wants to do but in the end, there will be one outcome and that account will not get unbanned anymore.

Just focus on your real life instead of pleading for help here. Your friend made a mistake and that is punishable by ban. Say to your friend to find another work and don't focus your time in bounty reports. Even you are starting to post Proof of Authentication already so typical bounty hunters again. Just move on and say what we are saying to your friend.

Hello, my account was banned yesterday. I got a message that one of my replay was deleted my a mod. That replay is proof of  authentication for bountry campaign. Is that possible? I didn't copy paste anything just send the details that bountry manager asked. Can anyone help me to solve this? I need that account back because there are so many bounty that I registered with that account and  expecting rewards. If this account can't recovery all my price pool will also lost and all my time that I have been taken to write article for bounty will be lost. Please someone help me in this matter. I really appreciated if someone can help me because if I lost my bountry prices I will be stuck to pay my next semester at my college.

instead, you create an account for Ban Appeal your account. but you create a new account to continue your activity.

Yes it's true I don't find any plagiarism in your post, but can you answer this question? You're not allowed to create any alt account if your old account was get banned. This break the forum rules since the forum has a rule about ban evasion, you're need to create ban appeal in Meta section with your alt account, not creating it just to join bounties and milking the forum!

At first, you need to understand that the sanity, wellbeing and the continuous existence of this forum is much more important than what we earn in this forum as individuals. Using your semester fees payment as a point of sympathy is understandable but not justifiable because this is not a company and the money we earn here should be seen as a privilege to the forum users.

For you to be comfortable here and also earn genuinely, you have to be conversant with the rules of the forum. Just one day is OK for you to know the forum rules. Plagiarism is not the only rule of the forum. You need avoid cheating, spamming and ban evasion etc.

You're need to know the only one reason why user get permanent banned is due to plagiarism (most case) or spreading malicious link, if he never plagiarism other people post with his main account, his alt wouldn't get banned due to ban evasion. AFAIK spamming will only get punishment for temporary ban, although there's a permanent ban for spamming but it's rare to happen or maybe no one.

Cheating doesn't have any relation with ban punishment.

Sorry, just didn't know, I create alternative because my first account was banned due to asking abut altcoin in a forum with copy and pasting from coinmarket. I thought I will not get it ever. Because of the thing that I have been done by not clearly know the posting policy here. So that mean I don't have any chance to get any of my accounts? That mean my journey is end in here.

Plagiarism is not the only offence that gets one a permanent ban. You can say that it's the frequent one because it's the one newbies and mostly non English native people commit.

If spamming gets one a temp ban and the person continues to spam after serving the temp ban, it could lead to pam ban.

It depends on your definition of cheating. It is a rule than when you are banned you should rather appeal than appearing with another account. So, if you are banned and you create another account, that is cheating.

If you copy another person's work and pass it to be yours in order to appear more intelligent, that is cheating.
