if I'm private, whatever it is, I will enjoy what they have made like a Bitcoin coin. so, if Facebook coins have a big chance on the market, of course I will use them and vice versa.

It's special because it is a company on the mainstream and not just a company but it's worth billions of dollars. People are very encouraged about it's announcement of Libra but don't compare it to bitcoin. Libra wouldn't be the next crypto but it's another coin (others don't consider it as a crypto) just like the old fashioned altcoins.

They have partnerships already that will accept their coin as payment.

We invest in coins with potentially great future, stable coins are just for trading purposes, to keep your amount stable for a while, nothing more.

I think that it could be a great opportunity for us. Facebook coin will bring more people into cryptocurrency industry and after that they will realize that Bitcoin is much better.

I think facebook coin is one of the reasons why many people are interested in crypto. Looking at the project backings, it's really huge. When I saw the circle behind facebook coin, I forecasted the impact and crowd it will pull to crypto and how large the overall market cap will be. I understand it's more like a centralized coin but the truth is, the decentralized projects on ground, how well have they achieved mainstream adoption?

The only special view I can get from Facebook coins is that, I think that it is quite the needs of us for a massive adoption. This will really help. I know it will. We're not sure that facebook Libra will reach as they say, mass adoption. The need for this is very high especially on the 10th year of bitcoin already, but the guarantee tht Libra will be able ti do it is still.in the balance. A lot of investors of Libra have the control of the coin even if they say it is not.

I'm not interested with this as well but if you are asking of what their coins utility, well they have a lot of partners where you can use their stable coin. So basically, it will be a digital dollar thing.

The only "special" thing about facebook coin is facebook itself. It has a lot of users and many of them aren't very smart. They are buying whatever their favourite brands throw at them. If Starfucks says the new trend is oreo flavoured coffee they will drink it and recommend it to their friends even if it's expensive and no better from any other.

When Zuck tells his followers to try a cryptocurrency and that it's safe they will do it plain and simple.

Nothing special actually yet my own view for this coin is just an another centralize shitcoin being added into the market but this one is somewhat different
yet its backed or being created by one of the biggest social media platform which is already an advantage compared to others.I dont see any revolutionary thing that
they do add up but rather its just an e-currency which is being used into their service nothing-less.

Well in my point of view Libra is a stable coin like usdt it will release next year so we will be expecting for leading the bull run for next year, facebook is one of the leading company in social media so what would be expect? Well everyone is waiting for the release of Libra they say that it was the revolution of money.

Centralized, controlled by the company and regulators, not suitable to be used by crypto users, got another delay again due to the regulation problem with US. 
Facebook coin is the same as any other centralized payment system. It'll not offering so much utility.

They are taking the advantage of the popularity of Facebook itself.
They have no problem with their adoption but yes, I am not seeing any innovative idea integrated to their coin.
And since they have a wide range of companies already signed up to be their partner, the adoption really comes easy on their side.
Now, they have to satisfy the need of those users and serve their purpose.

What is special about Facebook Coin is there are so many reputable and large companies that have partnered with Facebook making this coin. I think this will make it easier for Libra coin users to transact with fellow Facebook members and also withdraw via banks or visa and mastercard

I think Libra (by Facebook) will make far more people know the world of crypto and Blockchain technology, and if Libra is traded on an exchange, with pairs BTC, ETH, or Altcoin and others, this is a very good thing to help BTC prices and altcoins easy to ride

Probably it would be popular from many investors since facebook is very popular from the people i guess facebook coin can give a good product and concept, facebook coin could help the crypto industry to be more acceptable from many countries around the world.

Many are waiting for this coin to released. As I have heard it will not be called as fb coin, rather a Libra. Well, nothing special about it.

Libra will be layered on top of the existing financial system, since each coin will be backed by traditional money in the bank to support a stable price.

So, yeah another sort of payment system and another stable coin. They will compete with some other financial systems like Paypal, Western Union and etc.

If people think of the Bitcoin revolution I don't think it is right and is very unlikely. But if for competition with other crypto. I am always happy with the new and able to compete with what is now. So having something new in crypto will certainly attract people to enter the crypto space.

Someone said (Pomp if I'm not mistaken) that Libra will have no effect on decentralized cryptos like bitcoin. It will only affect the retail and central banks.

What's special? Some say it's their huge user base will get to know more about crypto but I doubt that will be the case. Facebook users will know about libra but not decentralized cryptos.

there are so many simmillar threads like this but my opinion is still the same and its still neutral  . im not against this fb coin and im not also a supporter of this but i can only say that fb is a popular social media icon and fb coin can be easily market because fb has many connections   .

  newbie investors or the ones that are new to crypto are the ones that will probably get this coin while other veteran in the crypto world will still prefer older cryptos   .
