With the entry of Facebook (Libra) in crypto. I am very happy that something big came and made all crypto communities talk about it. Though the time is still relatively long for the official launch. So I will enjoy every thing Facebook (Libra) does.

They deleted my account a long time ago, I don`t really care about them. As I hear it will be some stable coin, what we are going to do with stable coin? We invest in coins with potentially great future, stable coins are just for trading purposes, to keep your amount stable for a while, nothing more.
Yea Libra is going to be a stable coin. But this coin is not for the investment or for ICO/IEO. They will use it just for a payment system in the near future. But I am not sure for the long term. I think for the long term they will use this coin for different purposes. |

My view of Facebook coins will have a big influence on users who don't know crypto.On the other hand they also have big partners and if they release this soon, of course the main thing will be focused on the popularity of cryptocurrency, because it will be more widely known throughout world.

what I know is that Facebook (LYBRA) coins have big partners, many big companies work with them, especially considering that Facebook is the biggest social networking company I think if they launch this new program, it will affect massall adoption but it won't be possible can change the position of bitcoin. |

It's special because it is a company on the mainstream and not just a company but it's worth billions of dollars. People are very encouraged about it's announcement of Libra but don't compare it to bitcoin. Libra wouldn't be the next crypto but it's another coin (others don't consider it as a crypto) just like the old fashioned altcoins. if I'm private, whatever it is, I will enjoy what they have made like a Bitcoin coin. so, if Facebook coins have a big chance on the market, of course I will use them and vice versa.
They have partnerships already that will accept their coin as payment. Well if Libra's function is only for payment or anytying else then why should we use that ? I mean why not use BTC, ETH or other coin that already in the marketcap with atleast more better at some point. I think Facebook is just following the trends for now |

I think that it could be a great opportunity for us. Facebook coin will bring more people into cryptocurrency industry and after that they will realize that Bitcoin is much better.  I agreed, this will bring us to massive adoption in crypto industry when people will be aware that there will be a bitcoin and its soaring high nowadays. Also it will help to recover the bad thinking for individual because most of them think bitcoin is a kind of scam. |

I hate Facebook, I had so many problem with their censorship. Got a page deleted after 3 years of work.
They are unpredictable, they ask you to boost your post and if several people come and notify FB about your page: your page is gone.
Their coin is not going to be better than that.

Complaining with the big names of Facebook and all the companies that support the project becomes a very strong attraction even though in reality it does not guarantee that the Libra will be a great crypto currency.

I think the Facebook coin is a stable price coin, maybe it will be useful for payment or some kind of tether and its special is that it belongs to a large company, we know that Facebook has been used by people around the world maybe if they launch a coin it will be very useful for people going forward |

That Facebook coin is not like Bitcoin in any way, it is very different. First it is not volatile as Bitcoin, because it is a double coin. The only thing I'm going to say is very special about it is the partnership thing! Facebook has got lots of companies who are ready to partner with them and make use of the Libra coin in their business. I saw a list of the companies that will be accepting the Libra coin, can't remember all but there was eBay, PayPal, and so many of them I can't mention… except amazon, they never have anything to do with cryptocurrency. So if you're going to be using the Facebook coin, the good thing is that it will be accepted lots of places online. And as the days goes by, more company will also partner with them. But if you are planning to be part of it as an investor and make money from the price fluctuating… then it's not going to work. |

why do people think Libra is special, just because it is made by FB does not mean it is gifted coin. the news about libra has been overstated. and honestly I am not a libra fan, because they not a part of BTT cryptocurrency community.

I don't think it will benefit us profit wise because it is a stable coin and we are looking for volatile coins for profit. But because facebook is behind these thing, cryptocurrency will be more popular and will get more recognition than usual.

Its special because its a coin made by facebook the most used social media site in the world and is partners who are legit businesses. The coin can lead the crypto to a wider audience and adoption. This facebook coin however is a stablecoin - to which the price will be still. The most important feature I guess for facebook coin is that its a platform. Facebook has same plans of the ETH team, TRON and EOS which basically means there is a chance that they will tokenize more companies besides their partners and these tokens are worth investing.
