Need help opening old blockchain.info wallet. blockchainbdgpzk.onion problem.

I put in the identifier and password. It then says that further authorization is needed, check email. I open up the email to confirm and get this message.

This site can’t be reached

blockchainbdgpzk.onion refused to connect.

Then I tried to open in a TOR browser and that didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated.

Their onion site doesn't work anymore and there's currently a bug where tor browser users can't access .com site.

Download latest stable tor browser and try to login to wallet (via tor browser). It invite me to visit .onion address which does not load. When i somehow get to the login form on .com site (reloading page; or go to first signup form and then to login form), and submit the login form, it shows this error

The fix for the error in the ticket is coming in the next release, however I'm told our tor wallet isnt running anymore.

How old is your wallet? If you're using the HD wallet, you can move to electrum, it has TOR support afaik. Import the old wallet and move all funds to a new one

This is the best solution. If you have the seed (12-24words) you can easily import your funds to any other wallet. Electrum or even a new blockchain.info wallet.
You can also put your words in iancoleman io/bip39 and get he privatekeys one by one(I have done once, and imported the funds to coinomi)

Since you cant logged in,you wont really have the chance to get those keys.Did you test out on different browsers on logging in?

Having no back up is not good. In case you can't login in the .com site using a regular browser, your bitcoins are lost as you no longer have any access to them. But since it's possible that you could be using bc.com's old wallet which is legacy wallet (if you did not switch), you could try looking for "wallet.aes.json" file in your email and importing it here https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/import-wallet
