What will the Bitcoin price be in 2020?

Right now, people are worried about the price, I can sort of understand them considering bitcoin price was never something we can trust and it always made weird moves all the time so we can totally understand why people would be worried about the price.

But, I only understand it fully when bitcoin price is going down, yes when something goes from 13 to under 10 you can be worried, that is a legit worry because who knows maybe it will go down even further down, however that doesn't exactly mean the same thing when it goes from 13 to under 10 to 12 because that means bitcoin price tried to go down but we didn't let it, when that happens it is always a good thing since if the market doesn't allow it to go down that means we are still doing fine and on bull run as well.

No one can ensure perfectly that the price of Bitcoin in 2020 will come, but it all returns to itself.
For me, Bitcoin in 2020 can break at the level of $ 50,000, this is my guess.
What is clear is that everything can happen and may not.

I don't think the diminishing gains with each passing cycle will continue. If mass adoption is coming and institutions are lining their portfolios with BTC, do you really think we'll stop at 3-4x the last ATH?

After halving in 2020 we may see a huge growth for crypto market but it’s too high to look for $100,000 just in below a year to happen

This is too high I think can expect at least $30k by that time if people continue investing just like what we’re having this time

Wow! It's to huge speculation for me, I just only think it will reach around $30k which is seemingly look like year 2017, but $100k is to impossible. However it just speculation which is considered as our imagination and we cannot blame to somebody if that's their vision regarding future value if bitcoin. Perhaps they had strong feeling bitcoin will get into that value by 2020.

Just for the record I hope you are right and  $100k is achieved. Have a mortgage that I need to get rid of 😉

100k seems a lot, I mean I am not saying its impossible, this is bitcoin we are talking about, if someone tells me bitcoin will be 1000 in 2020 I would believe them, if they say it will be 100k I would believe that too, that is the type of coin we are dealing with here guys, that is what bitcoin is, if you are believing that it can be both 1k or 100k than you should totally not believe anyone that says it will be x amount in 2020 because nobody really knows.

However, of course looking at the previous 3-4 months we can say that at the very least it may not be like the 2018 times, at those times it has dropped from 20k to 3k which is a big fall, right now even at 11k that won't happen (probably) because that would make it go even further down than 3k (since starting point is not 20k but 10k) so it is totally plausible but improbable.

Indeed they do but these mental barriers we expect as traders often don't materialize as expected. The key to bubbles is that no one is selling their BTC. The OTC supply disappears, exchange orders books are extremely thin, and speculators are mostly only selling for altcoins instead of fiat. I don't think any of us can fathom how little money it might take to see $70K.

One of the biggest mistakes I've made since 2013 is vastly underestimating how easily price can be pushed up on zero volume.

That said - if you look at the all-time chart for bitcoin on a log scale, then a cyclic upwards movement of higher highs and higher lows becomes apparent... so predicting based on history, and that we are just coming out of the dip stage, then the price in 2020 will be somewhat higher than now.

That is not completely true, while it is true that people are guessing when it comes to the price of bitcoin and the ranges are very wide I have studied the movements of bitcoin and the volatility is so high that in fact both of those scenarios are possible when you only look at the numbers, so those making those kind of predictions are not so wrong, now the only reason why I know bitcoin will keep appreciating in value is because I can look past the numbers and can see that bitcoin gives a valuable service that did not exist before and as such it will keep going up in value.

I was thinking begin 2020 but anyway I hope you are right and $70k is easily achieved.
Bitcoin can do crazy things however I think $100k is still a few years way away.

Prediction and results always have a big gap in practice. But if you have to predict and an objective part. I like the predictions with interesting views from John McAfee. But to be honest, if bitcoins are reduced by half in 2020, this will be an important point that can increase the value of the bitcoin. 30k-50k would be more realistic.

The funny thing about this topic is we are talking about what will happen to bitcoin in 2020 but most of us do not even know what will happen to bitcoin until end of this summer . Like we have no clue what will happen tomorrow, or at least even if we can guess tomorrow we still don't know a week from now.

So, when something as volatile as bitcoin and as priceless as bitcoin there is really no direction, for example prices of phones will go higher and higher with tech but inflation will keep it afloat closer to where it is by going high just a bit, this is not like that, its still an investment and you can't just know what direction it will go. I still think it will go up and will go up a lot but that is just a "feeling" I got, otherwise we have no clue what will happen to it tomorrow.

If bull run will going to happen this year then pretty sure that cryptocurrency in 2020 will be same as the year 2018 having bear market. Everyone can make their own prediction but there is no one that could actually tell what would be the exact price in the future. Six months pass by and Bitcoin stays at the price of $11,000, so during the next quarter maybe we will see the $15kish or something. So i wonder how would whales going to push such price of $40k in the future if that's what you people predicted.

I am not sure about the link you gave.
however, bitcoin can grow high at the end of this year with a reduction that will be implemented soon.
I think the better option now is in terms of daily trading that can bring profits even if it's small
