I just asked for Loan without Collateral and it was also not high and i got Negative Tag. When their are so many users who are getting Loan or even asking loan without Collateral and they dont get anything and I got Negative Tag, when the Lenders are not having objections But LFC_Bitcoin user having the future sense and tells that i am going to scam and left Negative Tag.

If it is correct then i think all the users who are asking Loan without Collateral should be Tagged and the Lenders who are also giving Loan to users without Collateral should also be tagged.

Reference : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5155671.msg51516340#msg51516340

Here you can see a reputed Lender is telling that the Negative Tag given is not appropriate for my Loan request but still LFC_Bitcoin thinks that he can do whatever he thinks and dont bother about terms and conditions of the forum.

I don't believe for a second that anyone asking for a loan has no collateral to offer. Everyone has some sort of value that they can put up for collateral even if its not what the majority of the lenders are looking for (e.g altcoins) but is something physical which should be easy enough to move on it case on default.

Asking for a no collateral loan is ridiculous and shouldn't even be a thing that is asked. No where else would you get a no collateral loan other than from strangers on the internet. Banks require a security deposit or something in exchange for example if you were to borrow money off a bank and not pay they have the power to repossess your possessions. What do you lose if you default on the internet? Just your reputation on that username especially because you're not even that established on the forum. High rank means nothing.

This should go on reputation rather than on Meta (I believe).

I do remember the thread, and I also remember that this was said

And so do I, but he is the only one who can change that. -- I'd ask him again to reconsider leaving a neutral trust rather than neg, but again, that is only up to him.

Disagree, if the user is trusted enough/the lender trusts him enough; there would be no problem with no collateral-loans (Darkstar offers a no collateral loan service)

Accept it or not, 0.05BTC in current market value is $570.70 is a very high amount. And without collateral it's very risky for the lender.

I do not think it's the case here.

There were a lot of point made here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5155804.msg51529211#msg51529211

This you are telling because today the market jumped more then 20% up but for that you cannot give me negative tag, the lender will decide and can tell about giving same amount or lesser amount for loan.

The only one can help you is LFC_bitcoin himself. If you can convince him then good for you. Creating a thread when another one is already exists pointing the same issue is not going to help.

I would suggest you to talk to LFC and sort it out.

Obviously we always count current market value. If 0.05BTC would worth $20 then no one would care to be honest.

I think a warning on a thread or neutral could have been enough. I wouldn't have placed a negative but then again it's me and LFC_Bitcoin have a different opinion. Its better to work it out with him instead of trying to drag on a discussion which seems like trying to throw mud at him.

whatever he thinks and dont bother about terms and conditions of the forum.

There is no such particular Terms and conditions.. As a DT you need to act what you feel right and what you feel wrong and I can understand why LFC_Bitcoin did that.

He did repay a no collateral 0.5BTC loan, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1596878.msg46228816#msg46228816, not so sure about him using sig campaign funds for that though

Hhampuz has long trade history. He has proven his worth in many circumstances. Anyone will trust him with only 0.5BTC or even more. So the case of the OP and Hhampuz is not the same to me.

This you can tell because first time someone trusted and gave him loan and he repaid it. That is why i am asking this is first time i am asking loan and i got tag as scammer without any trust. I am not a low rank member that you can just like that tag me.

Another fine example why arbitrary and selective enforcement of personally held "rules" by wanna-be internet police is not a good idea.

Their is no response from LFC_Bitcoin and even you can check  in my thread Lender DarkStar_ have agreed that Negative tag is unfair(Reference link : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5155671.msg51516469#msg51516469)  but still he is not accepting it. So their is no other option left for me to tag the users who are asking loan without collateral as i think i should also take the forum responsibility and save the lenders from scammers asking loan without collateral.

0.05BTC loan with no collateral for ‘education fees’.
Get out of here, some random third world account that was previously in the Yobit campaign.
The tag stands!

Your case was discussed in this thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5155804.msg51529211#msg51529211

I’m not doing this again.

@LFC_Bitcoin

Would you give me a negative trust rating for asking for a loan without collateral for.. lets say.. 0.1 BTC ?

- I do not have much of a trading history
- I would have no collateral
- Well, i would be in a signature campaign
- I wouldn't have any unfulfilled loan applications (but does this really matter ?)

I can't imagine those 4 points are the ONLY one which you took into consideration regarding the red trust?

If anybody has a problem with my negative rating for the OP - Lend him the money yourself & we’ll see what happens.

We don't have to lend him money to object to this kind of arbitrary forum policing behavior. This is a forum for a method of transaction designed to eliminate outside parties from interfering in p2p transactions, and you and others insist on being that interfering 3rd party. People should be doing their own due diligence, you shouldn't be doing it for them. This strategy is counterproductive for many reasons.
