Somebody seems to think you are selling an announcement bumping service. You will need to take up the issue with the poster of the rating.

You might get more help if you moved this thread to Meta or Reputation.

Actually it doesn't fully explain it... Unfortunately people are still forgetting to use services like archive.is or similar to archive threads:

I can only assume that Core.i7 has deleted his thread (in an attempt to cover up the ANN bumping service)... or it has been deleted by a moderator. Either way, I can't "support" the red trust based on the available evidence.

Even if the accusation is legitimate, this should be a moderation issue, not a trust system issue.

You don't have to be a scammer to get negative feedback. If I find you untrustworthy and I think dealing with you is risky, I can leave you negative feedback. It wouldn't be effective to leave you negative feedback once you've scammed someone already.

I had left you negative feedback for providing ANN bumping services. The post seems to be either deleted by you or the mods. Due to insufficient evidence at this point, I'll remove my feedback and keep a close eye on your profile. Having said that, are you into offering services like 'boosting ann threads'?

Unfortunately people are still forgetting to use services like archive.is or similar to archive threads:
Yep, I should be archiving threads hereafter when leaving feedbacks.

I thought we couldn't delete threads we started?  The currency exchange section is littered with threads titled "delete" or similar and the OP's post (only one usually) is something like "."

Threads that break the forum rules are likely to be deleted. One method that scammers can use to "delete" threads is to post some irrelevant garbage and report themselves on an alt (or hope someone else to report it).

The other main method is to try and bury it in Archival or something, but of course it doesn't hide the thread itself.

Remember when archiving links to always keep a copy of the archive URL somewhere other than the thread. You might find it difficult to retrace, should anything like the first method happen.
