ICO is still alive and there might be some ICOs able to collect funds as well but the current tide is made high by IEO these days and since the fund raising mechanism has been making pretty crazy buzz in the crypto market, every investor is interested in investing their money in IEO and ICO are not consider as safer as IEO are.
