The news on their site is very unclear and only talks about a "tape out" which I have nevered heard of before.

Any info appreciated - thanks.

Tape out is the stage where they finished the design phase. No, they haven't ship yet.

We will know when they ship, as their data center will have a huge spike in hashing power. Once they've maxed out their data center, I'm sure they'll start to ship customers units.
