Are you sure that they have been on maintenance mode for a month now? I see their traders are active enough to participate the market.
If you believe that they are scam, you are free to post it on scam accusation but those pictures are lack of many details.

Dear All, Spiegel Technologies are searching to Scam cryptocurrency here. CEO Pilaventhiran is a Crypto Thief. I think all other feedback given by themselves. He was stolen crypto's from customers who given the script. Yes, You people should know the full history of this spiegel technologies. Pilaventhiran (CEO) and his wife Princy (MD), Both worked in different companies and stolen the project files from those companies, Then started the company Last year. Not only stolen Project Files, they stolen Crypto's from those company customers and customer details. He is selling those scripts and he is stealing crypto's whenever he needed through that script. I know, one of his friend also helped him to stole this crypto's from customers wallet. Customers should beware of this Thief. He will make a loop hole to steal the crypto's. Base on his explanation whenever he request for a withdrawal they are turning into maintenance. And it has been a month since he has requested for his money but until now no reply from coinbene. But his story isn't enough to conclude that he was scammed because there is no date indicated to the pictures. |

There are some of the problems in a scam accusation, sometimes they forget to update when the problem is solve and that will make this accusation still active, we should be cautious with this kind as it could also affect the reputation of the site. |

What is the new site right I am not sure what is the problem in the site you can have explain it better with clear information. If you find any deposit or withdrawal issues you can write about that to their support team. Here no one can help you on that. |

He is free to make a thread any time with his accusation, but I don't know if OP is really serious with it since he hasn't move this topic to the scam accusation board, and I have suggested it earlier. If one makes a scam accusation, it doesn't mean the site is already considered a scam, that defends on us on how we see the situation. Everyone could have different opinion based on the evidence presented. |

Don't trust exchanges! Not your keys not your crypto. I just trade on Switch.ag for Altcoins, they don't requiere accounts and they don't hold your information.

So far I have never used this exchange because many of the altcoins I have traded on other exchanges, but one of my friends used it and did not get a problem, even if there was a problem, maybe it was being repaired or there was an error in the system and I think this is a common thing.
