The Bitcoin machine operator mondo media GmbH, has received a letter from BaFin, in which the operator was asked to stop operating the BTC machines at 00:00 clock tonight.

That would mean that 13 BTC machines in Germany have to be shut down tonight ! Here is the overview of the BTC machines that get closed tonight.

BaFin is clearly doing this from their position of power and they do this in the name of banks. They don't have strong legal ground for this demand but they are powerful enough to take chances and risk. Their strategy is to scare Mondo Media and they expect that Mondo Media will not counter them at court because of potential high costs of trial.
However I think the justice is on Mondo Media's side and win in this trial is very important not only for them but it will also send a message to the banks that they should not try to interfere with crypto sector.

I am 100% of your opinion, that's why I have posted this information, so that we can support the operator. A strong community behind the supplier could give him wings.
