Your concern is taken seriously, however calling strangers disgusting is drastic in this situation.

First off, you may still start a mining pool by compiling it on your own. You may also simply mine.
The VDS project is still developing a fully-stable ecology, everyone's patience is appreciated.
Everything is being to ensure things get resolved as quickly as possible

VDS is, I'm sure, aware of your concern as well. If you would like to discuss any issues or concerns,
please collaborate with the Dev and community members. You may find the answers you seek.

in my views= privacy was one of the main reasons the blockchain was made in the first place! it is always nice to see a project that holds some of the same virtues as the very beginning of all of this!

Really good point. and bothering or not is your prerogative.
Please make basic inquiry and investigation first though.

If one were to list a literal technical document as their ANN, probably fewer people would read it.
This is a landing page, designed to direct you to information about the features which you find most interesting.

If you noticed, there are 11 icons that are hyperlinked to youtube videos.
Over time, these youtube links will be replaced with fully descriptive pages, blogs, and other resources.
If you think a project with encrypted OTCs, Secret Chat, a Deep Web Browser, Finance DApps,
decentralized economic instruments (AND MORE) sounds interesting, continue learning.

Lastly, to answer your questions, it's an ERC-20 token that shares the BTC private key.
It's mined via PoW Issuance Equalization Mechanism. An article will go up in the altcoin mining section in due time.
