Where to get decent pci-e 16x extension cables

OK, well I bought what I thought to be decent pci-e extenders, to only lose quite a bit of hashrate when using them. Can someone please point me in the right direction to known good hardware? Losing 40khash on Scrypt-N per card is not acceptable when using these.
