Hello guys,
I have some Qty of Ebit E9+ and today I wanted to test all of them but so far I haven't been able to find the IP address of this (E9+) miner.
I downloaded the exact software from Ebnag Co. But when I click on "Lan use" bottom on the software after that there isn't any page for showing the IP address of E9+.
Also I tried to find the IP address by some software such as IP scanner or weirshark but I couldn't.
I would be really grateful guys if you could help me to find the IP address of this model of miner.
It is a really big issue for me. Please help.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Wouldn't your router associate an IP adress to the miner once it is on your network?

Try logging in to your routher and check the connected devices?

(I know that really early versions of antminers maybe used 192.168.1.99?)

Try logging in to your routher and check the connected devices?

Disconnect all devices expect a computer/laptop you use & E9+ to make identification easier, then get IP of your computer/laptop (with ipconfig on cmd if you use windows).

And obviously listed IP which isn't your computer/laptop is IP of E9+

Is there a report button on the control board? I havnt had this model so I dont know.
If it does try pressing that button along with "Lan Use" button on software.
Maybe try bitmains ip reporter? https://service.bitmain.com/support/download?product=IP-reporter

Wouldn't your router associate an IP adress to the miner once it is on your network?

Try logging in to your routher and check the connected devices?

(I know that really early versions of antminers maybe used 192.168.1.99?)

The router / firewall will only show the IP for a device that is DHCP or where the IP is on the same network the router is set to.

This is the ebit not bitmain miner, however I believe they might have shipped with a 192.168.0.0/16 static IP I can't remember.

i have same problem with E10.3 i have 5 new e10.3 but i cant conect to anyone, i try using several ip scaner tools and check router lan status for finding ip but no result.

First ask who you purchased it from, likely they had it set to a static IP and didn't reset it to DHCP before shipping.

You can alternatively look for a reset button (they are usually around the ethernet jack).

Otherwise connect an ethernet cable directly to the miner + your computer (not your router or a switch)
Set your computer to a static IP on each of the IP ranges it can be on.
192.168.0.0/16 (ip: 192.168.0.x subnet: 255.255.0.0)
Run a scan of all IP's so 192.168.0.1-192.168.255.255
If that fails go to the next range.
10.0.0.0/8 (ip: 10.0.0.1 subnet: 255.0.0.0)
Run a scan of all IP's so 10.0.0.1 - 10.255.255.255

There is an unlikely chance the machine is also broken, I really hate ebang machines. Or they used a class b IP which is really rare.

How did you use the IP scanner?
You might be set the IP scanner to limited IP ranges that is why you can't find the IP. Sometimes the miner set to Static IP to random IP that is why you can't find the IP with your IP ranges you set.

Try to change the ranges if your default IP is starting on 192.168 you must use this ranges 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 but if your default starting from 10.0 you must change the ranges from 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.255.255.

Just make sure to check your default ip first by going to command prompt and type "ipconfig /all" without qoutes.

Also try this reset method.
Check the miner if there is a button near ethernet socket it sometimes reset or IP finder/reporter while the miner is running hold the button for 15 to 20 then release then wait for the miner to restart itself.

After you do this try to scan the IP use this tool below:
