That's very unfortunate & is indeed concerning. However, our community members did not have any problems with the exchange up until today. Please use any exchanges after thoroughly researching!

today he was active, but he did not respond to the thread where have scam accusation, do you think this is an exchange that can be trusted? would you trust your money to an exchange that have bad behavior? I think you should warn other people for do not use those kind of exchanges

Expect for them not to care or bothered to answer those accusations as long the public wont really matter or care too much about the issue
but this alone is already a strong proof on what kind of exchange they are.

You might be onto something. According to Cointorox's twitter acc^[1], Livecoin listed this coin 3 days ago so, it wouldn't be far-fetched to think that the review is some sort of "thank you" gift (as well as a guide), which makes the entire review look completely biased (OP left out the scam accusations against this exchange).

Yes this was a review & a guide created on Livecoin. We were not aware of these accusations & we didn't have any problems so far with our community members using the exchange. However, the statistics shown on the review does not have any biased opinions. We simply fetched them from alexa & determined if they had fake volumes or not (in which we concluded they don't - after having watched their orderbooks for hours). But caution is always necessary as with the accusations they currently have.
