There aren't many privacy coins this days but the best one on my list this year is veil project ,you can use search engine to get the link to website ,and last year Apollo currency was released ,its a privacy coin too with separate blockchain

From that list, I prefer to choose pivx, xvg, dash, and monero. If you want to search for a low price, then xvg will be a good choice, and you can buy right now as the price is at a low price. But if you want to have the other coins as the investment, then I think you can choose dash, monero, grin too as the investment.

Try to explore the new math, called Mimble Wimble, as far as I know, BEAM using Mimble Wimble which also GRIN is using.
Try to research about GRIN which I discovered really interesting few months ago since GRIN was no ICO conducted, and purely community-driven project.
