My prediction is $19,300, because I think the bull market will slowdown after we pass the initial turbo phase, and now it will have series of quick growth when price increase by $3,000-4,000 in a few days, followed by weeks of correction. There will likely be either 2 or 3 such spikes between now and Sep 30, and in both scenarios $19,300 can be realistically achieved.
