Fairly long time customer who Bought NFL Sunday Ticket ON TOP of my normal plan and Sunday comes around and of course not working. Messaged 40 minutes before games started and NO response. Gave them a pass on regular sites not getting updated but no football on a Sunday... can't do it. Buyer's beware on these guys!!
