People have no problem admitting certain races have better physical genetics.  It is no coincidence that every 100m sprinter in the olympics are black.  If genetics make up our physical attributes the same applies to intelligence.  It is clear that blacks have a lower average iq.

I will use it as an example to show my students what can happen if they don't learn basic genetics.

Just because people have no problem pushing stereotypes, doesn't make the stereotypes true.  They can't be true because "black people" and "race" don't even exist.   There are more genetic differences between groups of people within the socially constructed "races" than there are between them.  Africa isn't a monolith and there are dozens of ancestral groups. IQ is a social construct.  Facial recognition is based on code created by programmers who use white faces as a default.  A person's skin color is one trait caused by a few genes out of tens of thousands but a difference in skin color appears over the entire surface of one's body which can give people an impression that skin color is more than just one thing especially when those people are basing everything off of what they see with their eyes.

I am not an African but this statement of yours is plain stupid. China and India lie in the tropical and temperate zones with an environment supporting human growth. Going by your analogy, they should be having a lower IQ than the northern Europeans but I see them beating you at everything by a fair margin. And if you are to cry about the development indicators, let me point it out that for the past 3000 years these countries DOMINATED the world in everything. It is only for the last 200 years that the tables had turned and they are slowly regaining their position back. So, I don't take your argument.

I would have worded it more kindly but he does have a point about genetics. Thing is, any mention of genetics in public is anathema these days. The scientific community still talk about the effects on physique though. For example, there's still research on how the Tibetans and Incans came up with different adaptations to low-oxygen levels (I forgot which is which but one came up with larger red-blood cells while the other have less hemoglobin to avoid damage or something). Then there's the Badjaus of Southeast Asia who adapted to a marine lifestyle by having larger spleens - something you just don't develop by training!

If genetics affect these body parts, why not the brain, if not the structure then at least the chemistry? We already know that certain mental conditions are inheritable...

Yep! It's a toss-up between Africa and the Middle East to see which one is more devolved. Besides, they are connected through Israel.

Perhaps we should measure the IQ of everyone, and we should designate all people who have a lower IQ as "black," while those of the higher IQs as "oriental." Middle IQs would be "white."
