While this is true, and individuality can't be scaled accurately, consider the prisons in America. There are more whites than blacks in the States, but there are more blacks in prison. So, why? Is it because the blacks in general have a lower IQ, and are prone to being evil because of it? Or is it because the whites have a higher IQ, but are prone to the evil of falsely condemning blacks?

IQ is like letting someone play a game and basing their intelligence on their game score.  Yes the game is real, and people can use their intelligence to improve their score, but the main thing their score tells you is how experienced they are at the game, and how much they've practiced the game.  Not their intelligence.

Just because people have no problem pushing stereotypes, doesn't make the stereotypes true.  They can't be true because "black people" and "race" don't even exist.   There are more genetic differences between groups of people within the socially constructed "races" than there are between them.  Africa isn't a monolith and there are dozens of ancestral groups. IQ is a social construct.  Facial recognition is based on code created by programmers who use white faces as a default.  A person's skin color is one trait caused by a few genes out of tens of thousands but a difference in skin color appears over the entire surface of one's body which can give people an impression that skin color is more than just one thing especially when those people are basing everything off of what they see with their eyes.

There are studies that as time passes by Blacks are actually increasing it's IQ test scores which only means that they are slowly adopting and improving their intellect. I believe that if this community are only getting enough support from the government towards their growth. It is fair to say that they are as smart as the Whites. Scientifically speaking there would be many differences just based on environment alone.  White people hae lighter skin to absorb more vitamin D from the sun since they are from northern europe while blacks have dark skin since they are in a sunny climate all day and need more protection from the sun.  You can't dispute that and that is just one example.

The part most people are missing is that all people evolved in the same tropical environment to have dark skin but whites adapted light skin only recently.  There is also no mechanism or link to a mechanism for melanin expression in the brain.  Race is literally just stuff people made up before the science even existed.  Its shadow-spirit level stupid.  

That is one example and racists have manufactured other correlations that have nothing to do with that.  Skin tone is not even "race" as society defines it.  Its based on UV exposure.  Some people adapted to the same UV exposure have the same skin tone but are no more related to each other than they are to people with vastly different skin tone.

Those things are only recently (last 100 years or so) due to the modern economic system.  We are talking about thousands of years in the making.  Tribal people didn't have lack of food back then when animals were abundunt and there was no such thing as jobs and medicine.

You can believe whatever you want to believe but I know for a fact i didn't evolve from any monkey or any animal for that matter neither do I look like one.  About the intelligence aspect all I can say is, Intelligence came be majored in so many formed so while the west is best know for a particular aspect we down here are intelligent in our own ways. If we're to get the same privileges they received we might even do better or equal their success level that's why those that have the privilege to migrate to that side of the world with the right intentions are doing great academically etc.

By exact I pretty much mean the same teeth in the exact same positions. Thousands of them. The exact same set/number of genes. From some one in Uganda to China. They're just expressed differently. For example the nose will be different. But it will also be different than others from the same country.
