Good day, create account on this service. For verification need to transfer 0.1 btc to address. After sending 0.1 btc receive this message:
Dear
Thank you for your verification transaction.
Due to the having large number of bitcoins into your wallet, verification network didn't allows us to activate your account with primary level of verification transaction.
This problem happens with 1% account only, where verification network needs second and last layer of verification transaction, then it will unlock those accounts.
You need to make a second and last layer of verification transaction from your same external bitcoin wallet(which one you used to made primary verification transaction) to our second layer verification wallet address at least 0.1 bitcoin or above.
Once you made this second layer verification transaction, within 15 minutes your account will fully restore with your both transactions amount, and you will able to transfer your all funds to that verified external wallet only.
Your primary verification transaction of 0.102 bitcoin successfully refunded into your this wallet, it will reflect into your this wallet when your account will fully restore.
This is the second layer verification wallet address

Just after transaction confirm us.
May be some know about this service?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Sounds weird. Just doing some basic checks we get:
-   https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/mcx.biz/community -> Somebody reported it as a phishing site
-   https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/mcx.biz/details -> Site created only a month ago.
-   https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/328c1084a58b1318c9715548e084f131f094700f70986511ac944e6d1e747571/detection -> Does not come clean
-   It is allegedly an English related/based corporation, but the website has plenty of grammar mistakes, and the message you posted in the OP, if verbatim, is also full of mistakes.
- https://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/mcx.biz

It smells heavily of scam.

After Hearing the first layer of verification, And a style to verify your account using a payment is sure very suspicious and all you just need to do is ignore it, But I think you have already input your bitcoin in it in verifying your account but as seeing your post you still didn't realize that the site is scamming you already, You are clearly talking about money here that I think can sure provided you with your everyday life, I guess you should really stop in verifying any layer of verification because this is 100% scam, You should read more scam warning thread in the forum and maybe report the site in this link below.
